My family stayed at The Windsor Suites for the July 4th weekend. Checkin was quick and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful especially Gia. The room was clean and very nice size with a stove, kitchen, and microwave. The pool and roof was great and view from the roof was nice. Would definitely stay here in the future.

This hotel is absolutely ridiculous. I paid high price and choose to stay at sky lounge suite plus valet parking service. My car was scratched and my cash were stolen; let’s take a look at hotel response; first they claim they take no responsibility and then they just ignored my second message. Even till now I have not received any apologies from this hotel. The valet fee was charged through the hotel deposit and they claim it’s 3rd party’s responsibility. I have never seen a hotel treating VIP access guest like this. No apology no compensation refused to take any responsibility

Love the hotel. Super clean, the area is trendy, lots of walkable restaurants & shops. The best part is the pub at the hotel open till 2am. Awesome balcony city views. Hope to be back soon!
