I did not like the self check in. Impersonal and unfriendly. No one to greet you or ask questions. It felt mechanical and impersonal. No coffee maker in the room. Even the phone in the room was AI serviced.

We left our room window cracked for fresh air woke up in the middle night our homeroom have the nastiest smell I've ever smelled like sewer the area down in the ground is our shop salt lake sewer disgusting !

your housekeeping was five star. though the rooms/hotel is very outdated and needs some repairs our room was kept very clean. we were told there would be a coffee pot in our room. there was not. major disappointment. Biggest complaint… i felt very discriminated against as a female. i made the reservations. i booked it. i paid for it. they put it in my husbands as the primary guest and would not let me check us in. i was the one going to pay for it on my card. this was a huge and expensive inconvenience for us. i am not happy. this should not happen. we were both guest. it should not matter who is paying. we are both listed. this is discrimination.

the maid service and cleanliness of room was five star. the carpet in the hallways are dangerous and outdated. they were buckled. someone could seriously trip. when booking the room it said it came with a coffee pot. it did not. big deal for us. Choice of eating establishments very limited compared to other hotels. we’ve been coming to Vegas for 20 years. stayed at many hotels on strip. this will be our only stay here. again though. maid service. five star.
