On arrival we were told our reservation was CANCELED??? With NO explanation! Like we did it? We are both disabled had proof of reservations and number. Got Turned away with no sympathy direction at all!!! Like we are not guests or important. What about our safety ? Then the water in shower never worked or got fixed. Could not bath while on vacation. No coffee in room either. Very bad stay for my husband’s 57 Halloween birthday. It WAS Travelocity fault.

Theres a outdoor concert venue right next door to the tower i stayed in. They actually left ear plugs on the night stand. The window was rattling til 2am it was so loud

Didn’t honor my room request, had to upgrade and pay 60 additional dollars to get double beds. Then the pool closed at 3. Overpriced inconvenience. could have stayed literally anywhere chose the hotel for the pool which came at a premium.

Horrible check in and out process. Was charged for an upgrade we didnt request and that took an hour to resolve. We were comped a voucher which was then not deducted from our bill upon check out so again, more time spent "talking to a manager" about something that should have been automatic. Felt very scammy. Wouldnt stay here again because i dont trust the property.

We had a great time overall. The only thing I can say as far as improvements are to increase staff availability during check-in time (the line had over 30 people in it when I checked in around 3:30pm). The pool was amazing, the food at the restaurants was delicious and the Bloody Mary at Ice Bar was awesome! Thank you!
