staff very friendly and helpful, the rooms and common areas are clean and well kept. We noticed, there needs to be minor maintenance in the room (toilet seat tightened, screws loose in the shower, exhaust fan needs oiled)

Nice location and very walkable if you have no limitations. My only complaint is I would have liked to have a small refrigerator in our room. We took leftovers from almost every dinner we had and had to keep it on ice in the sink. Not ideal.

Our room was horribly dirty not to mention a flash back from the 80s. It felt disgusting being in the room that we immediately ask for an upgrade. We did pay more for the upgrade but it was a somewhat better room.

The food court was extremely convenient. I just didn’t like not having a microwave, refrigerator, or even a coffeemaker in the room. I’ve gotten more amenities from a Motel 6 than at this hotel.

I didn't like being "hustled" at check in. I felt that the person working the desk "promised" a better room with a better view for an additional $20 per night on top of the already insane $45 resort fee per night. Got taken for $200 at the front desk.
