The staff were very very friendly. They helped make my families mini reunion a great one with how kind they were. With any trip there were issues, but they were minor and easily fixed. The front desk staff were so kind even while dealing with long lines of tired travelers. We will for sure be back!

Lost in the 80’s. Long overdue for refurbishment and zero amenities in the room such as a safe, coffee maker, refrigerator etc. I was “upgraded to the “royal tower” and can’t imagine what the “resort” rooms must be like (worse?). I stayed here many years ago and was hoping I’d have the same experience. Not so much and I wouldn’t stay there again.

We liked the pool area! Much improved from when I was there a long while ago! Didn't like that the front desk people put us in a room with a view of the roof even though there were still other options. They did end up moving us across the hall, reluctantly. Much better. Thank you.

Super helpful bag check staff made it easy to check our bags and get to the pool while we waited for our room. Loved that there is a coffee shop at each hotel tower and mini convenience store. Also ride share pick up at each tower made getting around even easier. Tournament of Kings was so fun and the food and wait staff made it a whole experience!!
