I understand The Chandelier is owned by a third party but they are on the Cosmo property. The bathroom was dirty, unsanitary, and smelled like a sewer. You can't have luxury juxtaposed to poverty conditions especially in a bar/restaurant.. DO something about that bathroom! 2. The Cosmo itself must have had a sewer issue as the property smelled like a back up. My Sisters and guests all commented on this... Lobby, Hallways, etc. Very uncomfortable. Housekeeping staff on out floor is right up there with Ritz Carlton standards. You need coffee pot in the room. I was offered akettle by Concierge.I dont want to boil water in a kettle... Whats up with that?

The property has everything!!! And clean and feels modern. Heard many casino's that are been there for a long time feel old but this property felt new and smelled nice. They have good mix of food options for fine dinning as well as some reasonably priced options. Pool is great too. 4 ft deep and huge. They have a night club Marquee which has VIP access to hotel guests. You can spend a whole day at the hotel and never need to step out!!!

Staff at front desk needs to be trained when guest needs help to gain access to the room, I did not be asked to put wife name in the room registration at the check in time , my wife forgot room number in the early am, she came to front desk for help, Kameron refused to help with dozzing eye like been drugged or on something, wife was asked to wandering in the hall way, when I manage to come down to deal with this, Kameron refused to apologize, the onsite manager Keisha apologized but it is not helping the situation, totally not a vip experience, maybe a lower class hotel can handle this more professionally and courteously, at the end , the check out clerk Angel offered a nice way to make us feel little better, but the damage of hotel image and its fame is ruined by Kameron and Keisha deeply
