Over all a good experience staying here. Location to other restaurants and grocery stores was great. Only thong I would warn other of is - dont plan pn using there pull put couch for sleeping on the mattress is super thin even my young kids werent interested in sleeping on it! Be warned.

When booking I noticed the waterslide. When we got to the hotel we quickly realized it wasn’t open during the week so my children were upset. It needs to be stated on the website that the slide is openly open on weekends.

Great hotel we always stay here. Needed a later than normal checkout and they accommodated us. Great front staff. Only problem was the hot tub in pool area wasn’t available and our room had a light out in bathroom. HVAC system in room works great.

This was an unexpected stay. We were on a long drive along the 401 when freezing rain hit. With 2 kids in the car, it wasn't worth pushing on. We pulled off the highway and searched Expedia for familiar hotel brands, settling on this one as best available quality for reasonable price. It turned out to be an excellent choice. We checked in a little early and made a day of it, grabbing a few grocery items for the kids from a nearby No Frills. The girls absolutely loved the pool, which we had to ourselves and the gym was excellent. I was particularly pleased with a surprisingly robust selection of free-weights/dumbbells. We had a lovely time and departed at noon check-out the next day when the weather had cleared and driving was easy. Thank-you.

We booked this hotel for my sons birthday to ride the waterslide. Upon arrival we got to read the rules of the slide and found that my kids were not tall enough to ride the slide. Nowhere on the hotel website or expedia did it have any rules for the slide displayed except the times that a life guard were to be on duty.
