When I checked in an additional deposit of $ 100.00 per night . The hotel had put $300.00 on hold. That was not anywhere in any information. If this is becoming a hidden charge in Las Vegas. I will not be returning to Las Vegas or any hotels. It was way to late to change our plans.

Can hear person talking in the room next to me. Bed was outdated. It was soft when sat on but slept well. I would come back because it is nearby the Venetian and there is a poker room there and better food. Also it is very affordable here.

Excellent kiosk checkin with assistance from an attendant. Room was large and clean with a view of the strip. Casino was nice and never really crowded. Good table options and prices. Security was everywhere so felt safe. Perfect location to walk through Venetian to get tot he Sphere mostly all inside. Perfect location to walk to Caesar's for dining and shopping. Also loved the text service for housekeeping and questions.

The check in line took 40 mins, 3 people working on the Saturday before New Years. Did not have a smoke free room as requested available so they put us in a smoking room. The key to the 36 floor would work1/2 the time and without warning they shut the water off to our room the morning of check out, and vending machines were down during the whole stay.

8th time at this hotel and all 8 stays were perfect. Unfortunately This Will Be My Last. REASON: Treasure Island is getting rid of señor Frogs restaurant bar and night club. Family members and I (Group) stayed in this hotel because of the night club in the hotel it was convenient and safe. Very sad because of this. The rest of my family members mentioned and feel the same. Treasure Island will lose a lot of good customers.
