Checking in, there are self check in machines and a line to check in with a staff member. I got in line to check in with a person and a staff member made me get off the line to use a machine. For some reason it wouldn’t read my ID. In stead of getting back in line I had to go to the back of the line and wait again. After a long late night flight, all I wanted to do was go to my room. Instead had to wait in line for 20 minutes. Other than check in, the hotel was nice. Clean room, great location.

The room was so Dirty I take pictures too !!! I went to talk with the manager and I was so rude.....Then they forgot to do my room .... :( Don't want come back in this hotel !!!! And this was my 5th time in Vegas. NO Harrah's
