My favorite Las Vegas resort. Italy, especially Venice and Rome, are my happy places. The Palazzo and the Benetian are evocative. We enjoyed the Prestige level and the staff were engaging, friendly and exceptional. You can tell they enjoy interacting with their guests. I have stayed here many times and have never had anything less than an exceptional experience. Recommend!

Amazing rooms - we ended up getting a city view (we just asked for it upon arrival) and it was HUGE. The property tried to "upgrade us" to a 2 queen bed suite but that wasn't really an upgrade vs the 1 king suite we had, so we didn't do that. You can do complimentary late check-out - they also offer 2PM and 4PM checkouts but that's extra money. You're at the top end of the strip so you're not in the "heart" of the action and it's a loooooong walk to even get to Caesar's Palace, never mind hotels like Bellagio (but you can take the monorail which is still at least a 10-minute walk from the hotel). But Palazzo is connected to Venetian, so it's like a 2-for-1 hotel experience. We were to Vegas to see a concert at The Sphere and it was a fantastic location for that - never had to walk outside! If you don't want to walk through the casino to get to the rooms, you can take the escalator and get to the suites via the 2nd floor through the luxury shopping mall instead - they'll "get you" one way or another - LOL.
