Getting someone added to my reservations was a joke!!! Once I got them on there, They were asked to put it on their credit card, when it should have been charged to mine, the original from of payment!!!!! Our room was dirty, still no roll of paper towels, etc. Needless to say, this is our last visit at this Hotel or any sister Hotel it is apart of! Not hapy with Travelocity either!!!!
