The property was nice but everything was very expensive. There were property resort charges I was unaware of at the time of booking. We did not use the amenities and felt the resort charges were too steep.

Parking is ridiculous. Too expensive. It may be easy parking, but to pay the parking fee every day is not reasonable. This is especially true if vacationers want to go sightseeing everyday.

Was super bummed my room was not ready when I arrived especially after traveling 5 hours. They gave me another room they called an "upgrade" but was looking at a steaming roof. They finally gave me the room I originally paid for, woke up the next morning to NO HOT WATER, had to take a shower in cold water at 6:30AM and the body wash bottle was empty. Not to mention one of the sales ladies from their sunglasses store was a complete snob.
