Overbooked both of our fountain view rooms and the "upgrade" they gave us was a bigger room with a view of the roof. Offered to move us the next day but only gave the original room type to one of our rooms in the end. Front Desk Supervisor was agressive and rude when we asked about compensation or discount options. Garbage and dirt stayed in the elevator and hallway for 2 days. Casino staff were very limited and we could not get any drink service while gambling. Rooms and furniture are worn and need repair. Clearly understaffed. Will not return.

The hotel is really beautifull and is good located. I was worried about the service the employees doesnt know to give a response about sugestions. At first when we arrived the girl in the from desk just only want that we pay more money for upgrade. We need to do an early check in and she says yes but the room is not available right now but if you wanna the upgrade room it is available. The room clean service is really bad, in 3 days we only receive 1 service and was a really bad service, the housekeeping just did the bed. The towels in the room and in really bad condition.
