When we checked in they did not tell us that during our stay (11/16/24 to 11/23/24) that we would not be able to get to or from the property due to the Formula One race (wasn't even here for the race) PH sat right in the middle of the track therefore the roads and sidewalks to PH were completely closed starting on Thursday into Sunday. We rented a car from Plant Hollywood on Thursday morning only to find out we couldn't return it and was told to drop it off at Virgin Hotels not to mention their employees were on strike and were yelling and calling us names for crossing their picket line. Talk about nerve-racking. We proceeded to WALK from VH to PH only to find that the roads/sidewalks were still closed but you could pay a guy on a bike and wagon $200 a person to take you back or wait till roads/sidewalks opened back up. It took us over 4 hours to return. If I had a car and somewhere else to stay I would have checked out immediately. We checked out early and left first thing Friday morning. Top it all off they still got my money for Friday night and I had to pay another hotel for Friday. NEVER AGAIN!!!

The casino needs a slight update but other then that the location CAN'T BE BEAT! Access to numerous casinos and restaurants outsides of PH great place if traveling on foot while there isn't a problem DON'T BE SCARED TO WALK you'll limited yourself!
