The road noise was horrible and the group above us were extremely loud. Kids left unattended obviously and up until 1am and at it again a 6am. Put kids on the ground floor! Service and staff were great.

Everyone here is so nice. The food is delicious at Bentley’s. The only negative is the few sketchy people in the area otherwise it’s a fun part of town.

Clean and comfortable rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great. Building and furniture are a bit dated, though. Door between our suite and kitchenette wouldn't close completely. Very noisy if you're in a street-facing room with loud traffic on a busy street.

My friends had not stayed here before. I had. I love the property, its location, and its very courteous, knowledgeable staff. We got lucky and got early check in. In the late afternoon they had freshly baked cookies. The dbl. queen suite rooms are spacious. Beds and pillows comfy too! Very friendly housekeeping as well.
