The bathroom and terrible shower set up left much to be desired. Water got everywhere in the tiny bathroom cause of the shower. Needs cleaning and updating bad

Location was very convenient but the room was not very clean and we asked for our bedsheets to be changed due to animal like hair being on the blanket and the ones exchanged still had animal hair on it. Breakfast was also very subpar.

From a distance the room seemed immaculate with fresh pressed sheets. Unfortunately there was a large urine stain on the comforter covered by a top sheet among other sheet stains. It was clear that they had been laundered so we didn’t complain but that detail definitely was noticed. The bathroom area is also in need of updating as the shower sprays in all directions with poor water pressure. The pool was nice and they were able to turn hot tub heater on upon request

Conveniently located to the streetcar line and within walking distance to the World War II museum. Grounds were very nice. Room was not as pictured and poorly furnished. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was average.

I had stayed there by myself the last night of vacation My flight was very early. I left hotel at 5 am in the morning. It was nice to see security guard there while I was walking to the parking lot in the dark. The rooms are nice and the air conditioning kicks butt!!!

Trip to NOLA
Friendly staff Complimentary coffee in lobby Parking available We Stayed at this hotel on our short trip to NOLA. Hotel was good for the rate. There is parking for additional charge -$22 with a security guard on the premises. Hotel is conveniently located just couple of steps away from streetcar stop. We took the streetcar to Bourbon St. And dropped us off less than a block away.

As far as the hotel it was great. I'm just a little annoyed that the front desk did not mention the parking fee during check in. After speaking to the manager he assumed no responsibility and refered me to the third party I used for booking.

Our stay was quiet and comfortable. The trolley runs right in front of the hotel and will drop you off right in front of Bourbon Street!
