Staff turned off air conditioning for entire hotel and kept room extremely warm unless window to the loud street noise was left open. Need a pool and a bigger gym. at least its a cheap hotel, located in the center of the city.

I liked this hotel. Room wasn’t too big or small. WiFi was good enough to watch Netflix. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was clean. Staff is very nice too. My only complaints are very minor. The AC blows directly on the bed. Some may like that but not me. A garbage bag was never put in the trash can. Even after cleaning. Maybe this is normal here. I just used a shopping bag instead. The breakfast buffet is amazing but a bit pricey. I would definitely stay here again. Lots of food places are about 2 blocks away. There is also a 24hr convenience store downstairs. Best of all, this hotel has a whole floor for smoking rooms. Yeah gross I’m a smoker, right? But not having to constantly go outside is what convinced me to stay here. It’s very convenient. And don’t worry non-smokers. These rooms are segregated so you’ll never have to worry about coming in contact with filthy air.

Needs more compassion for others needs.
No ice, No Microwave, No self service laundry. Had to complain to get AC turned on. Room was 27.7C. After second day they turned on AC. I have coworker still there and the day after I left they turned the heat back on. Even at his request they refused. Establishment is clean and so are rooms. Breakfast was decent.

New hotel for a good price
New hotel which is in good shape most of the staff were nice and helpful the only problem was there were some kind of protest going on so loud speaker nearby every morning. Can’t blame that on the hotel though
