Brittany and Drew were very helpful and kind during my stay. I highly recommend the St. Phillips suite. The soaking tub and views were the cherry on top of the perfect stay! The breakfast nook that is included has plenty of options, a stunning view and very kind wait staff. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in with the softest sheets. The location is unmatchable and this quaint little inn had a lot of history and charisma. 10/10 would stay again.

The Inn was fantastic. Very clean and I did not hear any sound from outside my room, very quiet. The breakfast was superb. The proximity of the Inn to the city was incredible, easily walk to where we wanted to go or to just stroll around the historic and French quarter areas of the city. The one draw back was the $28/day for parking and having to Valet every time we came and went. For people like us that was quite often which was inconvenient. But, all and all I would stay here again and I would highly recommend the Inn to my freinds,

Nice hotel at great location
We had a great stay. Staff was very friendly and gave helpful recommendations. We looked forward to the daiily breakfast and wine/cheese each day. Location was excellent and allowed us to walk everywhere. Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was really nice. Clean with very comfortable beds and linens and great amenities, including breakfast and a wine/cheese reception in the evening. Walkable to everything and the hotel staff were all wonderful. Highly recommend!

The staff was very easy to communicate with. Our vacation was during a hurricane, so we were unable to get down the first 2 days, however, Expedia was able to get those days refunded. I wish we could have stayed longer, because this place is centrally located to everything within walking distance. We took advantage of the wine and cheese every evening, and the complimentary breakfast was by far the best breakfast we’ve seen at any hotel. All the staff were super friendly no matter the job. This place was VERY quiet. We don’t hear a peep from anyone. My only complaint would be that the water in the sink and shower got super hot right away and slightly burned us, but it really wasn’t that big of a deal. We noticed a cruise ship nearby, so when we take our next cruise we will be coming to Charleston and staying at this place. Beautiful property in a beautiful area.

Overall this hotel was lovely to stay at. For context, my wife and I were on an extended vacation with our children from the UK and had three days to enjoy in Charleston whilst they were being looked after by their aunt in Columbia. This should have been a relaxing trip for us to be selfish and indulge in time without the additional requirements of children. My main complaint with the hotel was that one of the reception ladies (unnamed) seemed incapable of providing a warm welcome on any occasion we interacted with her, she came across as quite rude and disinterested in engaging or helping with any enquiries (a basic requirement in any hospitality role). The other staff we interacted with including the breakfast team, valet driver etc were all very pleasant. Unfortunately a few days after our checkout, we were informed by the British Embassy in Washington that we had left our passports in the hotel safe! (mortified as you can imagine) We contacted the hotel and the same person answered, several follow up calls ensued as we had to try and arrange the passports to be FedEx’d to us in North Carolina… I cannot tell you how much of an effort the receptionist made this out to be, sighing, exhaling heavily, silence… thankfully the valet driver was happy to take the document holder on the 4min drive to the local FedEx drop. FYI, I will take this up with the hotel so this is not just a rant!
