The staff was helpful and friendly.
Hotel is being renovated so excuse the exterior. The room was very nice.

The new updated rooms were nice (5th floor) but the common areas leading up to it look a little rough. The staff was great so that made up for it. I would stay there again!

Regret renting this room!
Missing furniture. Missing refrigerator. Bed uncomfortable. Breakfast terrible. Way overpriced for this room. I would not go back.

Peaceful stay!
Although the property is under renovation it’s very welcoming! The GM was friendly which is rare and the front desk crew are on point ! I slept so good! All that hard work will pay off soon!!

The room was dirty and the ceiling tiles are brown from water leaks. We did not have washcloths or lights in the bathroom shower/toliet. Went to the front desk to adk for washcloths and was told they had none because laundry was not done. Asked if they had light bulbs for the bathroom and they said they had none. Good thing we were only there for a few hours before our flight. Would not stay here again.

We booked a larger room and for the price and location, it was amazing! The staff were super friendly and helpful! They made the stay easier to handle. The room only half finished! We were told there was no land line in the room yet. Fine. However, that was not the only thing the room was missing. Not way to sit but the couch and beds, for a bigger room with more people to sleep, there should have been seating. No conditioner, no shower curtains. No trash can in the main room/kitchen. A few bits of metal or like these tack things randomly in the carpet. The room was clean, otherwise!! Just looked roughly thrown together, smelling of chemicals and paint, and just really rushed. Bare minimum in room but no way to relax and sit down. Seriously. We all had to sit on the floor around the couch to eat dinner. Again, staff was great and I understand renovations, but this room should NOT have been used yet. Half the switches and outlets didn’t work either! Had there been a landline and we weren’t so understanding, we would have complained to staff. Overall stay was fine! Just do better when listing rooms that aren’t even finished yet! Had the room been more put together and not as chemical smelling, it wouldn’t have been full stars across the board! Again- staff was great!! Issue was with the actual room!!

Gross. Room was in great disrepair. Stains on everything. The floors had rotting subfloor that was covered with vinyl flooring that’s cracked and sank when you walked on it. AC until was filled with dust and trash. No soap. No shampoo. The only thing I will give credit for is that the staff was nice and the linens on the bed seemed clean. Other than that… I very much do not recommend.

Great!
Overall it was a great stay. Staff was very friendly from the moment I walked in the door. The complementary breakfast was nice. The only negative is our fridge was unplugged when we got to the room and we had leftovers we needed to put in it. Other than that, we will definitely stay here again

Overall the stay was good however the sofa bed was not clean. When opening the sofa bed there were stains on the mattress and the sheet was dirty. Someone’s ear buds were also in it so you can tell it hasn’t been cleaned
