No grab bar in shower and tub floor was slippery. Also, no towel rack to hand wet towels. The door between the bedroom and living area had been removed - why? This made it difficult to let one person sleep while the other stayed up watching TV.

I choose this hotel because of the amenities. I was very disappointed to learn after my arrival, that they no longer had the hot tub. They said they've shared this with Expedia. Should that be the case, then this site needs to update the info and my disappointment is with Expedia

No sheets or pillows for pull out bed. Only two sets of towels for a room that has 2 full sized beds and a full sized pull out sofa bed (a room that sleeps 6). No phone in room, no phone book (or area info). All breakfast rolls were stale. No door on bedroom (we had a suite). Property is lovely - the negative issues are due to poor hospitality service not the property itself.

The room was very clean. Breakfast was delicious. My grandmother hurt her ankle and couldnt walk. The hotel lent us a wheelchair so she could easily attend the wedding we were in town for. Incredible customer service.

The hotel has been updated outside and in the lobby however the rooms are very outdated especially the bathrooms. They also do not do daily housekeeping you have to ask the front desk for towels daily or to have your room made up.

I paid for a 1 bedroom for privacy but there are no doors on the bedroom making it not private. The whole reason I booked the place. Didnt offer me anything. I paid for a 1 bedroom NOT a studio (which is essentially what it was). Made for veery awkward stay and VERY uncomfortable. The light from the hallway shines under the main room door all the way to the bedroom. Also very uncomfortable. Pillows are tiny. NEVER AGAIN. Reading deeply into reviews by searching "door" you will find others complain about this yet they advertise 1 bedroom private suites. Horrible

One suggestion is bigger luggage holders for moving stuff to the room. And van only accessible parking as we have a wheelchair can and cars were parked a few times which makes it hard to move my adult son
