First Class Experience
The male front desk attendant was wonderful. The first room that we were given had a broken shower head. We called down immediately and he came up with new keys to another room. Everyone was so friendly and the room was immaculately clean. Centrally located near restaurants and department stores. We will definitely be back.

We have stayed here before and it did not disappoint this time. Beds are comfortable service was excellent. Monday and Tuesday they have food and adult beverages at 5. A glass of wine was welcomed after a long day of travel. We will return on our next trip south.

Refrigerator wo a small freezer area is a no go. Some people need to keep meds frozen. No excuse for appliance wo freezers refrigerator only don’t cut it. Bad service

We stayed the whole week for my 50th Birthday celebration. The staff was super kind and so very helpful. My husband loved the workout room and the coffee available all day was delicious as well as the breakfast. We also had great service for the room also. The only small issue was the room wasn't very cold. But they supplied a decent fan and I was happy! Thank You so much I had a great birthday celebration!!!!

We stay at this property every time we are in Huntersville. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is good. Highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was good, I definitely would pick this hotel again however in the hallways it was warm going to the room but other than that I really enjoyed my stay. Definitely recommend

Very clean I would go back again! The only thing that was a little bit of a bummer was that the indoor pool was ice cold and they had ac running which made it cooler when getting out.
