Everything about our stay was wonderful. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room had lots of space to spread out. And, the local area had a nice selection of restaurants and shopping. We will definitely stay here again when we visit family in Charlotte.

I loved everything about this hotel. This was the worst experience I had this time. I didn’t get the room I paid for . Went into the room that we’re supposed to be mines and a guy was in there in the shower. My room was down size due to that.

Elevators were not working. Our party had 2 small children and my elderly mother. We asked for a ground level floor and were told that was not an option and we were given a room on the 3rd and 4th floor. No one offered to help us with our luggage or offered us any sort of compensation due to the huge inconvenience. For such a nice hotel, the customer service was severely lacking.

Never again...
Unexpected additional $50 dollar fee to check in for trash forcing me to have to pay with a card, dark hotel room no lighting, small beds that are actuall full size beds, not queen beds, very very limited towels and wash clothes, housekeeping kept barging in the rooms while we were there and then hurry up and walk off once they hear someone in the rooms and they dont speak English.

Loved this hotel! Unfortunately the toilet handle was extremely loose as was the shower towel rack. I tightened the towel bar with my hands. Need tools/plumber for the toilet. Also, a slightly odd smell in the room. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
