The shuttle came quickly both times and the drivers were helpful. The rooms are even bigger than I really needed, but they have comfortable chairs and beds. Adequate menu choice in the restaurant and friendly service. I was not happy that they couldn’t give me change to tip Housekeeping. A “cash free” hotel? Not to people who appreciate tips. But I recommend this hotel if you’re at CLT.

I was disturbed that I couldn’t get change for a $20 so I could tip the housekeeping and the shuttle driver. An “All electronic card policy” forgets the people who depend on cash. But the hotel is comfortable and near the airport.

Small things, shower handle points to hot when off and just does not operate as it should, toilet seat very loose, no garbage bag in trash can. Could also pay a little more attention to high surface dusting.
