My partner and I had a great time staying at the Kasa we even decided to cook there instead of going out because it did feel like HOME to us. The place was fully furnished and VERY clean. We also felt safe because the property was gated. We can’t wait to come back.

This was one of the best places I've ever stayed. Instructions for checkout were seamless and the room was amazingly clean spacious and relaxing. I will definitely stay here again. The property also had a great pool and workout area for family and friends.

This property was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The property was stocked with everything we needed and the Kasa app was of great help. This property was also very close to downtown (~ 7 minutes) which was a great bonus. The only con about this property was the noise sensor which seemed very sensitive. When having a simple conversation and laughing, I received notifications stating that the sensor indicated excessive noise levels. Besides the sensitive noise sensor, this property was absolutely amazing.

Our apartment was clean and really felt like home! There was tea, coffee, sugar, cream, salt & pepper. Plus all that you need to cook and eat with! Also laundry detergent, refills for the soaps, toilet paper, paper towels. They definitely didn’t skimp on the paper goods. We barely used anything but it was good to know it was there. For us the very best part was the mattress! We stay so many places and are always searching for the ever elusive comfy bed. We prefer a soft mattress and they delivered on that. When I saw memory foam mattress in the description; it’s truly the sole reason we selected this property! I’m not sure that it was memory foam but it was definitely soft. We loved the outside courtyard and seating on the patio. The only thing is that the blinds weren’t quite wide enough so people outside can see in the living room area, if they try. We went out and looked and we could see in. 😬 We were on the first floor so maybe it’s not too bad for other floors. Truly a great property and a great location!

Came to Charlotte as a quick getaway and took and chance on Kasa. Best chance i’ve taken in awhile regarding lodging. The studio king was spacious, clean, and very convenient. It offered a washer and dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen including microwave, kettle, etc. Also, the gym was immaculate. The only things I wish the room had was a full length mirror. It was annoying not knowing how your full outfit looks. Also towel hooks in the bathroom. Nonetheless, these are minor asks, for such a great space. Will definitely be returning.

I loved how easy it was to communicate, access to a great gym and in a local community that had a lot to do. My only complaint would be the smell of the property. It smelt as if a dog lived there for a while and unfortunately if I’m traveling with family, they are allergic. I wish they would have smoke and dog free options.
