Étant au deuxième étage de la résidence, il se compose d’un beau séjour avec un coin TV et un coin salle à manger, d’un coin cuisine équipée avec four, d’une première chambre avec un lit en 140cm pour deux personnes, une deuxième chambre avec deux lits simples en 90cm, d’une salle de bain et d’un WC indépendant. Son balcon permet de profiter du soleil et de se détendre afin de passer de merveilleuses vacances tout en ayant une petite vue sur la mer. Remise et retour des clés sur La Rochelle.

Les Plus de cette location à la mer : Appartement spacieux pour 4 personnes avec accès au parking collectif au pied de la résidence. Plage et centre aquatique à proximité. Ménage inclus. Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur La Rochelle (quartier des Minimes).
