Shortly after arriving my family and I got ready for bed due to late arrival and being tired of driving all day. We were laying in bed when we noticed bugs coming from behind the bed. I took a photo and told the front desk and she laughed at me. She said I’m not laughing at u but it’s funny they r around. Said that all she could do was put us in another room. We had already gotten our baby to sleep and stuff away to pick up everything and move just to another roach infested room. We looked around for other hotels close but nothing available. So we just stayed. Needless to say I was not able to sleep much worried if there are bed begs as well. Will NEVER stay here again

There’s was one person on staff and he was doing the best he could. However, separate from him the lamp in the room did not work, nor did the telephone, staff did not stick enough towels for the amount of occupants I notified the hotel would be with me in the room, and there were stains/wore through spots in the bed linens. On top of that, there was constant uncontrolled noise from the room above and beside me all through the night and most of the day. I was unable to get ahold of the front desk to report it due to being placed on an endless hold or the phone simply not being answered. I have a 3 star vs less because the desk guy was so nice and was doing his best but it reflect management when so much is left to one staff memeber that he is unable to accommodate the way 2-3 staffers would to be efficient.

The maid came into the room 2 times before we could checkout. You get a text on the morning of checkout at 8 am and I put in for a checkout out 11 and still they were knocking and entering the room.

This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Please do not be mislead by the outdated pictures, this place is a dump. The hotel smells disgusting and our room was filthy and wreaked of urine and had mold everywhere. I would highly recommend staying elsewhere. We had multiple other issues and I was so glad to leave here.

We really enjoyed the property, it was tucked away from the city. However, our room was really gross and the hotel had a towel shortage for some reason which made our stay a bit frustrating. Breakfast was very average. Cute decor when you walk in, but thats about all the good.
