Have stayed at this hotel multiple times. The property capitalises on its location as the only airport hotel connected directly to the airport. Consequently, services are barely adequate and far below par of any 5 or even 4 star hotel in asia. Rooms are dated with peeling wall paper and even mould in some parts. Lighting, furniture, bathroom and airconditioning fittings are from the 90s. No impetus for them to improve as there is no viable alternative if you would like to walk in from the airport. No drinks in the fridge, no bottled water, no bathrobes available in the room. Will be quite a problem if you need a simple snack after arriving on a late flight. Vending machines in the lobby do not accept master / visa. No convenience store nearby unless you return to the airport.

I strongly recommending this hotel for everyone wishing to come and transit in Hong Kong. The location is very convenient you won't be late to catch your next flight as it just only a few walks to airport. You will meet friendly staff with an awesome room service. Staying in the hotel is a wonderful experience for me.

The room smell very badly. I cannot turn on the TV, so we called the technician to fix it. The bath tube was clod, shower water remain in the tube for several hours.

Location is great, connecting to airport terminal, good choice for transfer flights. Check in was really slow, it appoximately took 10 minutes per 1 check in. Staff were not familiar with the procedure. Facilities are a little bit old and the shower room was not able to close and water split out on the floor. Toilet was out of use for several hours, and finally sovled at night.
