"Location is amazing! Very quiet, no tourists, own beach, rooms directly overlooking the water. Omar greeted us upon arrival and was very helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed! Miguel was the MVP of our trip!! He went out of his way to be sure we were taken care of, spoke and understood English, served us snacks and drinks by the pool. Pool warm and clean, nice loungers on the beach and poolside. Between ocean breeze and fan we never had to use the ac. We loved it at Ventanas! "

The one thing that we felt strange about, was that everything was taken care of online with very little contact with hotel staff. Ricky was beyond helpful with assisting us navigating the property. "Simply paradise. Just a few steps from the beach with a great swimming pool and amenities. Internet was a concern, but you’re on vacation right? Mario, our host while in town was perfect! One evening we asked that he prepare dinner and he was happy to oblige. Will definitely be back!"

"The villa is just off the road (highway) connecting west and east side of island. Enough out of town to make you feel like you're in the jungle. The birds and lizards are super cool too see and hear as you eat the breakfast made by the onsite chef and brought to your villa in the morning. The host was really great at getting us everything we needed such as rental car, ebikes, suggestions on the island and activities. The villa itself was so clean and with the a/c was very comfortable. The inside pool we had was just warm enough you could sit in it and just cool enough to cool you off after the hot day. It is truly a wonderful place to stay on the island. We were able to cruise the east side of the island and take a dip and another day enjoy one of the beach clubs on the west side of the island. This villa is perfectly located. Provides privacy, amenities and the nicest staff you've ever meet! Stay, you won't be disappointed."

"Clean, comfortable, very quiet—a great place to recharge. Staff is super helpful. Most beach or tourist activities are a 15-25 min drive, which was a little more driving than I anticipated. The (wonderful, life-saving) air conditioning also had some kind of automatic shut off in the middle of the night, which doesn’t work out very well for perimenopausal women from cold climates."
