Book a hotel near Chen Rio Beach, Cozumel

"Awesome place to stay convenient pool access. What ruined it was the very high pressure vacation package sale crap. 90 minutes turned into over 3.5 hours or time wasted from our vacation. They don't get no means no. The word (Preferred) is a bit degrading. That needs changed. We will return to you establishment. "

"This hotel is unique. You are tucked away in the quietness. I stayed in the villa labeled Turtle. The bathroom with jetted tub was such a vibe. Beautiful and quiet. "

"The staff was amazing and kind. We were the only couple there due to the hurricane however they still kept the resort full functioning as if it were full. My only complaint is that there is some upkeep needed and the food prices are extremely overpriced. Elli and Omar were very kind to us and helpful when it was time to evacuate. We will absolutely be back and we cant wait to be there. Thank you for an amazing memory!"

"Clean, comfortable, very quiet—a great place to recharge. Staff is super helpful. Most beach or tourist activities are a 15-25 min drive, which was a little more driving than I anticipated. The (wonderful, life-saving) air conditioning also had some kind of automatic shut off in the middle of the night, which doesn’t work out very well for perimenopausal women from cold climates."

"Great spot not far from the beach (driving distance). Secure and safe. It really is a small ranch, about 4 acres with three small homes/casitas. You have access to all of them for your party. Private pool was great. Ping pong and basketball courts were enjoyed. Overall, very nice. A few amenities were broken, such as the coffee pot in one of the homes, but this was no big deal!"
