"Stayed here many times for dive trips, like the pool area & staff is great. The food is much more improved & there is a lot of entertainment. The fire dancers were exceptional. There were a lot of dinners poolside a long entertainment. Usually don’t see any of it due to being underwater but this trip was nice break in between dives & the food was subpar in past but was really nice. Even breakfast, I am strict vegan due to severe dairy allergies & they accommodated nicely for once even with mostly buffet style eating. I would recommend some updating like paint, tile work but really nice & clean even if somewhat dated. I would recommend this place esp for diving convenience with the lockers, boat dock & direct path from hotel even under ground walk way"

"Service was outstanding. I particularly appreciated Victoria and Ivan at the Gondola restaurant. They bent over backward to make our stay enjoyable. The pastry chef deserves a Michelin Star for his creativity and attention to detail. Great coffee place in the lobby and a variety of eating options. Overall a beautiful property, with great rooms and a very attentive staff. "

"The were very happy with our stay at the Melia Cozumel. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Gerardo was our concierge and he did an awesome job! Diego, Ian, Antonio, Daniel, Martin, Francisco, Roberto, Liliana and Rosa just to name a few did a wonderful job. "

"We’ve stayed at Casa Mexicana many times. The staff is friendly, the breakfast food is good and the the hotel is clean and convenient to restaurants and shopping. We will stay there again. "

"The room was clean and comfortable! The bed was clean and comfortable for sleeping. There was AC. The bathrooms were nice and they provide clean towels. The balcony for my room with hammock/swings was perfect for relaxing! The pool is clean and the breakfast was great. The staff is very helpful! The hotel is located about a 7 minute walk to the beach and cruise port area if you want tourist type things, but it is far away enough that you weren’t in the middle of chaos. There is a grocery store, a perfect coffee shop (Cafe De Isla), and some really great restaurants within like 4 minutes. I will definitely be back to stay at Luna Azul! "
