Lobby and shared space downstairs is beautiful and location is great in Fulton Market. We walked to many bars and restaurants and enjoyed the vibe. The rooms are underwhelming, no closet space, bathroom space lacking, and feel dated despite trying to go for a modern-industrial-chic vibe. The quality of the rooms do not match what the lobby area indicates. The hallways seem like they didn’t get touched in whatever remodel happened here. Overall I think it’s overpriced for what it delivers.

The property was nice, in a great location. The service we received on 3 separate occasions was terrible. In the coffee bar, the server really did not want to be there and it felt like a hassle that we were trying to order a drink, at reception I had to ask to speak to a manager to get another chair so me and my wife could both use the desk in our room, I am amazed you can say you don't have a spare chair in the whole hotel. In the restaurant Fora, the front of house was rude and dismissive, in what is meant to be an upscale dining environment. Other staff were very friendly but the hotel was let down but these couple of examples of extremely poor service.

My daughter needed a microwave(not kept in room) we called the front desk & they delivered one promptly to our room. The bathroom did have noticeable dust on vent:walls:corners. One clean coffee cup still had red lipstick on the rim. The pillows & bed were not comfortable. The entire business as a whole was very pretty…friendly helpful staff. Valet parking, although expensive was efficient & easy to work with
