The Emily Hotel was in the perfect location for our trip. Room was big, clean and quiet. Prices listed for parking and items in the room were not accurate compared to what was charged.

Such an absolutely incredible hotel with a great bar and restaurant! During my stay in Chicago, I broke my wrist and had to spend one of my days in the emergency room, and when I returned to the hotel, the gentlemen at the front desk were so kind and helpful to me. The room was beautiful and super clean. I’m looking forward to my next visit to Chicago because I will definitely be returning!

I booked a suite with a view of the city, I was out in a suite with a suite with a wall in front of the windows ! When I asked for a room change, th only thing they could do was downgrade me to a standard room ! The restaurant that I was looking forward to enjoying at the hotel was closed the entire time I was there. I still haven’t received a refund on the room rate !!
