Great stay except for..

The room was great and the staff were friendly. The only problem was housekeeping. I know it was over Christmas but our room was not cleaned while we were there. We had to get our own fresh towels and restock our coffee bar. Housekeeping did come in once and emptied the trash. I was disappointed about that. Otherwise the stay was great!
