Great property, the food was great, staff was great. It is a family friendly resort , however the loud music at night definitely does not allow the little ones to sleep, so a lot of crying kids.

The place has lots of entertainment but the balcony jacuzzi was dirty and spa staff unfriendly and food was rotten in the buffet area had excellent food at the steak house however

Restaurant was slow, buffet for breakfast was out of everything and the grill by the pool had one person working and couldn’t keep caught up with the demand, hardly any staff by pool and had to go get drinks myself all the way at the other end. All the pools were hot like a sauna. My shower leaked. Room service didn’t give us half our order and you couldn’t get ice anywhere…

Restaurant was limited, couldn’t get any ice, housekeeping came banging on your door early in the morning when your trying to sleep then never came back to clean till after I asked after 4 pm Tamales restaurant was so slow I had to keep asking for my food

I was in 2020 and now in 2024, the property needs more attention. I have to ask for a change of room because the air was terrible and one of the sink clogged, in the other room the air was a little better. Those are opportunities of improvement for that beautiful building.

I was highly impressed by Rui’s customer service and cleanliness. All the staff were extremely friendly, they clean the ENTIRE facility, as well as they have 24 hour room service. I would give my experience a 10/10. If you’re looking for a resort to choose for family, friends or with your significant other…this one is it! Shoutout Diego from the front desk too 💪

The start to finish of our trip was very much bad at this hotel, the room was filthy and you need to call more then 5 times to get a towel or even shampoo, the staff was completely rude throughout the entire stay if I could give a minus 5 starts I would .
