Be prepared to WAIT for the SINGLE elevator that services the 11th floor and up. Apparently the 2nd elevator has been inoperable for a long time. It literally means adding an extra 20-30 minutes to get downstairs if the hotel is full.

Great hotel, tiny beds
We loved this hotel! The beds are small and room cleaning only happens every third day, but it was in a wonderful location and the staff was amazing. We loved the excellent coffee maker on the second floor as well as the wonderful coffee maker in our room. It was comfortable, friendly, and we will definitely stay again

Great location, close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Staff was very welcoming and attentive. Room was clean and included a coffee machine, as well as coffee, tea, and water bottles in common areas. Make sure to ask about parking at check in, there is another parking garage close that will charge you double what the hotel charges to park.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived a few hours early of the checkin time and the staff more than helpful in getting us in a room without an issue. The location is amazing, providing easy walkable access to much of downtown Chicago
