Its a beautiful hotel in the middle of Chicago in a lovely neighborhood. The bathroom design is very odd. It is a glass wall that you can see through to the bedroom through the shower with the curtain on the bedroom side so you better trust your roomate!!!

It was Okay
The customer service was excellent. I was able to check in early. The hotel was clean. I loved the shower! The water pressure was good and the shower is spacious. I wish they had better lighting in the rooms. There is no microwave on the premises and the room refrigerators are filled with items the hotel is trying to sell to the guests. They have rooms with balconies but guests are not allowed to use them and they still have not adjusted the room prices to reflect this change. They only have valet parking and parking is 65 dollars a day. They offer transportation to and from the airport but you have to pay over 100 dollars per ride. Overall my stay was okay.

The room was nice but wasnt told the information about the balconys being locked until after we booked. We felt it was false advertising. Also the shower had a see through window into the bedroom which wasnt included in pictures. If i had booked this stay for a non-couples trip this would have been an issue bc the curtain was not long enough.

It was the ambiance
I can’t begin to tell you how accommodating they were here! I had a small personal issue going on upon arrival and they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect! They even upgraded our room because it was my birthday weekend. The room was beautiful, can’t say enough! You can’t go on your balcony but that was no issue for me. Only small issue I saw was the shower had a minor issue, which wasn’t terrible. Overall the property is beautiful and loved my stay here!
