The hotel and area was good. The only problem we had was with the plumbing. The moment we got there the toilet kept backing up even if we did not use it. Other than that. I would give it a try again. It was a really nice place to stay!

The room quality was average. We view through the from the bed, into the shower, then the toilet was not a good thing. The bathroom door would not close all or the way nor would it stay closed. The room also seems under-lit and the temp control was not great as the room always seemed warm. We were all very surprised that during check-in, we had to sign a waver and put down a $100 deposit to show that we would not have a party in the room...very odd. On the positive side, Brunch was great and the hotel location was perfect. Close to everything and easy to walk to most places.

This property is beautiful and in the perfect location. My partner and I stayed for a long weekend. We had a few places we checked out during our stay including the planetarium, FlyHeli Chicago, Alla Vita restaurant as well as Millennium Park which were all a 20 minute drive or less. We walked to a few bars and enjoyed lunch and breakfast once at the hotel which was convenient. All of the staff were super friendly. Our room was cleaned each time we left and the view from the 22nd floor was beautiful. There was no balcony access which we didn’t mind. I’d definitely stay here again and again! We also loved that check out was at 12 and self check out was convenient.

We weren’t able to check in because the employee at the front desk wouldn’t allow us, we asked for additional assistance and none was provided. We even offered to purchase a different room if this was unavailable with no success. We were never able to check in and lost out money. NEVER AGAIN.
