We went to the rider game and came back to the hotel late. We tried to turn on the shower before going to bed and it didn’t turn on at all and didn’t work. Staff was notified and apologetic.

1. Signage from basement parkade to reception is confusing. 2. Returned late from only to find access to elevator from parkade locked. No bell, no video camera, nothing! 3. Pricey for the quality. Payment for breakfast at a Ramada!

Location was a plus for me. However, we paid close to $200 for one night at this hotel. Money doesn't get you as much as it used to. One of the guys working the front desk was rude and the other one had hygeine issues. They didn't communicate with us nicely. They seemed to seriously lack training in customer service.

Very nice hotel with friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Not enough luggage carriers and the elevators are crazy slow and inefficient. It took us over 45 minutes to get our bags down and loaded into the car.

This hotel is in a convenient location, however it’s not the safest feeling at night, as there were several intoxicated people and the smell of weed everywhere (this may be due to the Rider game and the Ex). The hotel is run down, and quite dirty, it is in need of an overhaul. My kids loved the pool and hot tub area. The air conditioning in the room was great and I had a great comfortable sleep. The hot water didn’t work in our shower, the pool was out of towels, and the elevators were slow, however when I mentioned this at check out the man at the front desk discounted me a bit, which was nice. Overall, I survived and my kids had fun!

There was garbage overflowing in the garage when we arrived. The vent in the bathroom was black with dirt a d dust. The restaurant was not open and had to eat out.

I hate giving a poor review, but the Ramada just didn’t meet our expectations. Check-in was good, but the rest was below average. Our room was clean but also wasn’t. The carpet for dirty, our lamp couldn’t be plugged in, the toilet paper kept popping off every time we used it. The room couldn’t be blacked out, the curtains let so much light in. Our in-laws were up a floor from us and their tv and phone didn’t work the first day. Those pool area is a nice setup, but wasn’t ideal for our toddler, which is understandable. But the water was freezing and the hot tub was warm but cool enough for a small child to be in. I thought Parking was included, it wasn’t, and the brunch was not worth $17. At breakfast they only had one high chair, and we had very limited options for a buffet. I had wished it would have been a better stay, but it just wasn’t the place for us. Beds were comfy and staff was great, but the quality of the hotel is just low.

This property was okay. Staff weren’t helpful, booked multiple rooms well in advance and requested to be close together, and rooms were on different floors, and there was no effort to rectify this. Some issues with parking and staff giving guests the wrong information, again no apologies once it was sorted out. No air conditioning in hallways which was uncomfortable. Rooms were okay, but bathroom doors did not shut or lock. Overall, not a great experience.
