First issue was there was construction that woke me up from an afternoon nap. Second issue was the room windows were completely frosted up and could not see out. Third issue was the hot tub had no working jets the were all plugged up. I inquired about an upgrade to a penthouse room and because I booked through Expedia they would not give me a credit for my room. The lounge, bar and restaurant in the hotel were cash only which is totally unacceptable and to top it off the lounge was not opening on a Saturday night. The front entrance glass automatic doors had a big spill stain on them that the staff seemed to not see all day.

Good security. It is a hotel with a dining room and room service, plus an Oasis with pools and an exercise room. Great service. Great experience! I felt safe there. Ubers and taxi were there within 2 minutes or sooner.

Our door dead bolt did not lock, and our rooms heat or thermostat did not work. When we called front desk they said they would send someone and no one came either night to resolve either the problem. Although the last not they gave us a could extra blankets. The door not locking was inexcusable. There was a coffee machine in room but no auger or cream or powdered whitener. When I asked for manager I was told that there was no manager in the weekend. And they didn’t even have the managers business card available at the front desk. Just told me to look on the website. But no manager on site even though it was a huge agrabition on in town. When people travel from all over the world to Regina. 😒

Below expectations

I don’t wanna talk about this, but it’s negative. From the smelly room to an inefficient HVCA, you don’t get the value of your pay. I mean, issue with them is why would they charge that amount if they can’t even provide a complementary breakfast. Lastly, I don’t know why people lodge in the hotel in the first place. I was disappointed.

Property was good unfortunately our floor had kids play ding dong ditch at 1am and the rowdy crew showed up at 330am and slammed doors so was a rough night of sleep
