Front desk staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. Room was clean and quiet, and the pillows were AMAZING. Not a lot going on in the neighborhood, but there is a train stop down the street and Ubers arrive quickly.

this hotel was absolutely fantastic!! i only wish i stayed more than one day, the room was incredibly clean and we were offered a complimentary upgrade when we checked in. the staff were so friendly and i would recommend this to anyone!

First the positives, the check in process went smoothly and the staff were great and the room was clean On the negative side the sheets were fairly uncomfortable, the sliding door to the bathroom squeaked when opening or closing and the controls in the shower didn't stay in the spot you set them. The AC made a ton of noise when starting and the carpet in our rooms and the elevator were pretty beat up. Walls are very thin so noise from the neighbors came thru pretty clearly at night.

We have stayed at Hyatt for many trips and always find Hyatt reliable. There are Hyatt hotels in Chicago that are wonderful, but this is not one of them. This is a dumpy and unkept hotel in the middle of the Chicago Loop, which is loud. The baseboards were beat up, pictures on the hallway walls hadn't been cleaned in a while, and our shower handle cover was just hanging off the wall. The service was still very good, but the hotel needs to be much more well kept. The crowd also seemed to be a bit younger and more 'party' oriented. Not our speed for a hotel.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and hospitable. A huge perk was the coffee machine on the third floor. I would definitely stay there again.

Property was quite modern. First time stay, front desk gave a free upgrade to a different floor. Security cards to get up elevator. Mattress was pretty good, I appreciate no box spring. Central, though the garage I like was a few blocks away. Price was better than hotel closer to garage. I'd stay again.

4 people me my wife an my to kids check in at $311 per night the Hotel only provides 2 bottles of water 2 cups to get coffee or tea and the cups was very very cheap lots of noise from outside
