Air conditioner in the room was really loud. We kept waking up in middle of the night when it would switch on. The worst was the drilling noise in the bathroom first thing in the morning 7-9am. It sounded like construction work. We called the front desk and they sent up an engineer. He said it was the pressure in the pipes causing them to shake and there wasn’t much he could do. We had to sleep with earplugs

Just a flat sheet was on the bed and no sheet between the comforter and the bed. One comforters cover had a big hole in it . Twice while leaving the elevator to go down wouldn’t work , the same elevator would keep opening but not go down . Other than that it was good .

Great price and nice stay
Very clean and sleek. I liked the ability to chrome cast to the tv. The water pressure and heat in the shower was perfect. The bed was very firm which isn’t my preference but it was fine. I would recommend having somewhere to access a water refill area that is accessible 24/7. The coffee machine in The Corner was really good. I was impressed because I usually am picky about coffee.

I was satisfied with my stay at this Hyatt property and would stay here again. Excellent customer service. Staff was friendly and always ready to help out in any way possible. Room was clean. Located near to all sightseeing/tourist spots. The only thing I disliked was that the sliding bathroom door was broken/not working properly. Other than that, everything else was great!
