The room was perfect. The bed was great. The lighting and access buttons were on point. The only thing that I would change is to adjust the shower so the water could be hotter. It might just be a small adjustment in room 810

The decor is so fun and funky! Staff were super welcoming and helpful, room was comfy and clean, and the hotel is in a great area in the entertainment district. Would definitely stay here again :)!!

Modern hotel with a ‘50’s style theme. Room was exceptionally clean. Espresso machine, fridge, cold water dispenser on floor. 15 mins from most downtown facilities. Only reason for not 5 stars was that on both nights there were fire alarms that disrupted sleep. What’s worse there was no staff notice of when to go back in, or keeping guests informed. Shame as ruined an otherwise excellent stay.

Beautiful! Very modern, button controlled lights, draperies. Awkward entrance where you have to go through a cafe to the front desk. Quiet, despite busy downtown location. Public transit one block away. Would stay again.

The place was brand new. So, it was very nice and very clean. I would recommend this place. However, the staff was also new. They knew nothing about the area. Not one employee could tell me where to go for a cup of coffee, where a good bar was to have drinks, or where to have an elegant dinner. We were in town for a concert. We were entirely on our own to find everything, including the concert venue. My only caution about this place (at least until they get a Concierge) is you should know downtown Toronto fairly well if you stay here, because you're on your own.

Had an amazing stay for my boyfriend’s birthday!! Front desk made sure to recognize that and upgraded our room to city view. Everything from the overall theme & interior of the hotel to the room was a 10/10 👍 The location of the hotel is convenient although there is no parking. There’s a parking garage across the street in case you don’t want valet! Thank you 😊
