Great location and modern hotel!

This is a hotel downtown. It is right in the thick of everything, and the rooms are well-appointed and well-decorated. I loved being able to walk out the door virtually anywhere downtown. The TV is fantastic, and it is easy to connect to Netflix. I loved the red velvet couch, too!

Hotel itself was beautiful and the staff checking in were very nice but our night ended up being terrible. We were woken up at 5 AM with horrible drilling and banging above our room and it continued until well after 7:30 AM and only truly stopped because we called many times to complain. I understand emergencies can happen, but they didn’t even offer to change our room as a single mom who does not get many nights out. This was not what I was expecting, nor looking forward to. We were not even offered a discount at checkout.

this hotel was absolutely amazing. they gave me and my husband a free upgrade for his birthday. just the relaxing staycation we needed. the room was beautiful and very clean. the washroom came with a heated toilet, standing shower and a beautiful tub. the tv had Netflix installed which was so convenient. the led mirror was such a cool feature as well as the button controlled curtains. this hotel will definitely see us again! 10/10 experience.
