The hotel turns off their A/C when the temperatures outside hits 30 degrees. The whole time there since check in the A/C was off. The rooms were stuffy and the air was hot and stale. I do not feel comfortable paying for something im not receiving and would either get comped a night or to ro all of my money back.

Nice property. Clean , nice room. Bathroom sink and shower fixtures could be better maintained. Fixture flow was poor. Bed was comfortable but pillows need help.

The property was nice there need to be better parking spaces. I felt too many guest double parked or parked incorrectly that led to limited spacing. If there were more entrances besides the main that would help. Overall nice stay

The lady at the check in desk should not be in customer service field of work,she was not welcoming , we felt rushed even though it wasn’t super busy. We were given a room, ok, but as soon as we stepped in there the smell was terrible, smell of weed along with wet dirty carpet smell. We went right back to check in desk and she tried to give us a room with two twin beds , ummm no thank you (We are a couple that got out for a couple days without kids, in a while and just got engaged ) . So she just ended up giving us a room with queen bed (instead of king) and handicap accessible shower (instead of bathtub), (she didn’t tell us about these changes )which was fine. We were happy not to see her on our way out, the next morning. Parking is easy and good location of the hotel were a plus.
