We stayed one night in order to fly out of ORD. Great location from the airport. The staff was very friendly. We walked over to grab a sandwich and felt safe doing so.

I have stayed at many Sonesta’s but not Sonesta suites. From the outside the place looked new from the inside it looked 20 years old. There were some noisy neighbours but inspite of the hallway and entrance looking yellow paint and finish choice not cleanliness the rooms were clean the bed was good and gym met my needs. Staff super friendly. They have a shuttle to the airport great for me on this trip but without a car your options are a one block walk to a combo Dunkin Donuts Subway gas station liquor store …..one stop does it all but not sure how late I would do the walk

Don’t do it, pay more and go elsewhere.
Room smelled, bedding was stained, pillows were flat, shower was broken, a/c switch didn’t work stayed 74 degrees and dish-ware stunk. Only good thing about my stay was the front desk lady.

This is a great place that I will definitely be visiting again. I always try to find a hotel with a kitchen so that I can have something to eat after the concert late at night when most restaurants are closed. I have only one hotel in all the cities that I book every time there is a show and for Chicago, this is it. Since it is far from downtown, if you have a lot of activities downtown it might not be the best choice but if you are in the area of the airport and whole purpose of visit is to go to Allstate Arena,, you won't go wrong.

This is not a 4 star, but if you are looking for convenience this is the spot. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. We will definitely stay here again

Great option for early flights.
Generous space, clean environment, and comfortable. The ladies working check-in were delightful. Some guest were walking the halls with their phone music playing all night. That was not the hoyel's fault however.

I stayed in a one-bedroom suite at the Sonesta Simply Suites Chicago O'Hare Airport. My flight was postponed by a day so I was simply looking for a place to stay for about 18 hours until my next flight. The room had a lot of features that would have been handy for a long stay, including a kitchen with a dishwasher and a large frige with an icemaker. There was a huge desk that doubled as a table for the kitchen. There was a somewhat-comfortable sofa and a pretty comfortable recliner in the living room, along with a tv that was adequate but just got basic cable channels. It was fine. I watched a lot of Shark Tank. The bed was comforable and the water pressure in the shower was awesome. The linens were clean and there were plenty of towels. The living room furniture was all somewhat run-down, but it was comfortable enough. In the morning, I just went downstairs (at 4:30) and they immediately called their shuttle. I arrived in plenty of time for my flight. All in all, it was a decent place to stay and I would stay there again if I needed a last-minute place.
