The hotel gardens and lobby area are beautiful. The rooms are a very good size. Half the staff are wonderful, the other half isn’t. Fairly modern rooms, but the carpet was separating from the wall in one area of the room making it a bit of a tripping hazard. Helpful tips: Don’t use the vending machine. The hotel takes no responsibility for it and it was regularly not dispensing items to people. If you’re a woman travelling alone be aware that the back parking lot is not lit overnight, and the back door button doesn’t work on the inside (or at least didn’t when I was there). This meant walking in the dark all the way around the building to get the car. Couldn’t see anything and felt very unsafe. Given it was not working when trying to get out of the building also seemed a fire hazard that the button to open the back door didn’t work. “24 hour reception” didn’t appear present during this time. I don’t know if it’s the hotels policy not to clean the room every day, however, during my stay they didn’t. If this is their policy they should make guests aware.

Beautiful gardens, very resort-like atmosphere. Fresh warm cookies. Wish they had SkyTV, poor selection of TV channels. Wish they had FoxNews, and BBC News.

We arrived in the late night after a 3 hour flight. There is no cold water from both basin tap and shower tap in the room arranged for us. The receptionist asked us to wait until next morning that they will have someone to check. I have asked a few times if we can change to another room but NO all the time. Until my daughter cried as her hand hurtted by the hot water then I turned angry to ask if not changing room we will just leave. That’s in the mid-night around 1am. Finally they move us to a room just next to the lift. There are fire doors next to the lift when all the residents access to their rooms we can hear hundreds times of noisy sounds when the door opens and closes. So don’t stay in room end with 53. Also the balcony of this room is facing the packing yard. When a bus coming and parking there, you may feel dizzy and thinking if it’s kind of earthquake. Beside these, I still rate them good if something can be improved.
