Only disappointed by the cleanliness of the room, not enough to complain though. Remnants of a man’s shavings in the bathroom sink. After some Clorox wipes all around I just went with it. Staff is fabulous so friendly . I stay here at least once a year

The furniture in the lobby is FILTHY. The front desk staff was unfriendly and provided poor communication during check in. The 24/7 "pantry" is higher in prices than you would expect to see in an airport or a movie theater. A small coffee is nearly $6.00 and tiny donuts are $2.50 EACH......I literally laughed out loud and so did the poor woman working behind the counter when she told me the price. Our room was quiet but the view we paid for on the higher floor was NOT worth the money. We had to clean the bathroom upon arrival as there was hair on the floor, in the sink, and in the shower. I would not stay at this hotel ever again.

Great location in downtown. Getting to the hotel from the highway and getting back to the highway from the hotel is easy. The Reds park is within walking distance. The restaurant in the hotel us excellent. Staff is amazing.

This has become our “go to” spot when in Cincy. The location is great—several restaurants and bars within walking distance. You can also walk across the bridge to Covington. The room was great and it he price wasn’t bad! We like the hotel bar—the staff is awesome! We will be back!
