Very comfortable. Loved the bed! Spacious room. Wished there was a way to turn on the ceiling fan though. Needs more signs outside though. It was hard to find the place. But, we enjoyed our stay there. :)

We went for a night the staff was very friendly but the rooms and the property was not well kept the rooms were dirty the curtains and lamps had what looked like blood stains the one plug was melted the bathroom had mold stains on the ceiling the couch in the room look like it came from goodwill

Extremely outdated, dirty and poorly maintaned. Gym non-existant, barely any soap or shampoo, 2 towls only for 2 people, dirty floors and peeling paint. No coffeee in the room. Staff were nice, but I will never stay there again!

This is our second time staying with them. The first time, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. I think it went off twice. Last night, our second stay, it went off again in the middle of the night. We had to evacuate. The fire department came and everything. Last night, the first room they gave us, wasn’t cleaned. The bed was unmade, towels were all over the bathroom floor., They gave us another room. We were in the pool, a guest asked us if we were on the 2nd floor. We were. She said we were lucky, cause the other floors didn’t have AC! A lot of things are not working. Not enough towels for two people. :(

Our stay was a last minute booking on our way home from vacation. Literally only booked to sleep for few hours and back on the road. The sleeper sofa had mouse droppings in it with no sheets on or for the mattress, and there was trash still under from previous visitors. The cabinet drawers also all had mouse droppings in them. The carpet in the room had red and blue stains all over it. All of the lamp shades looked like they had been ripped off and barely hung back on. Wallpaper was peeling off the wall. Carpet pulled up off the floor against walls. One lamp shade had dark reddish/brownish splatter stains around it. For some reason we had two tvs in the room; one plugged in and working and the other not so much. Very filthy!!

We loved how close to kings island we were at this location. The room was clean and stocked and very cool on a hot summer day the staff were very friendly and accommodating the whole stay
