I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room had visible dust and stains on the linens, and the pillows were awful, making it difficult to feel or sleep comfortable. The bathroom was another disappointment. It was poorly maintained, with a shower vent that was full of dust and a shower head from the 80’s. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable experience. There are certainly better options available.

DIRTY ROOM. HOLES IN BEDDING, REQUESTED NEW BEDDING, SAME THING. EARLY CHECK IN FEE FOR DIRTY ROOM NOT WORTH IT. COST OF STAY NOT WORTH A 3 STAR HOTEL AT BEST. OVER PRICED, STAFF AT CHECK IN FRANTIC AND OVERWHELMED. CALLED AHEAD FOR EARLY CHECK IN WAS TOLD ONE ROOM LEFT SAVED FOR US, ARRIVED FOR A FLUSTERED EMP TO TELL US NOT POSSIBLE, ONLY TO REALIZE SHE WAS THE ONE WHO SAID THERE WAS A ROOM AVAILABLE. OVER ALL OVER PRICED AND NOT WORTH THE MONEY. BEST WESTERN WOULD HAVE HAD CLEANER ROOMS BETTER EMPLOYEED, REASONABLE PRICES ALL FOR WHATS EXPECTED. THIS PLACE UNDERDELIVERED.

Good location to stay for a bengals game walking distance to stadium and bars and restaurants. Room was noisy so opt for a room with a view of the river not the freeway. Staff was great good customer service!

I enjoyed my stay but the property is definitely outdated and the rooms seemed very bare bones. I wasn’t in the room long and the staff was nice enough. My least favorite was trying to access the parking lot when getting off the exit, it’s a dangerous turn if you’re not familiar with where you’re going. The view was my favorite!
