Nice location, but view of the Kentucky side wasn’t so great and the highway outside our window was very loud. If your a light sleeper or have trouble with a noisy road outside your room, this won’t be a good fit.

DONT TRY TO CHECK IN EARLY
The check in process was horrifying! Let me begin by saying, we arrived early. We were told no rooms were available due to the time of our arrival. We went to get a bite to eat - website showed check in at 4:00pm...first of all that is ridiculous when check out is 11:00am. When we went back at 2:00 pm, I asked if my room was ready. I was told it was, however, we would be charged $25 for early check in. WHAT?! WHY?! If I walked in off the street at 2:00 pm to get a room, I would not have been charged $25. Upon check out the next morning (after waiting another 2 hours to check in to avoid a useless fee), I spoke with the manager. She gave us breakfast vouchers, which helped take the sting out of the experience. Just know, the front desk personnel are NOT professional, not in appearance or in action. Check in at 4:00 pm and check out at 11:00 am ~ I am not even getting a 24 hour stay with these limitations; and they want to charge me an extra fee, when the room was ready for our stay. Absurd!!
