The staff here are super lovely and you’re well placed for tons to do in Soho and the West End. The hotel itself is a bit dated but rooms are quite sizable for British standards which makes for a very comfy stay. Definitely recommend for an easy base and comfortable, friendly spot!

Great overnight stay
Fantastic hotel, comfortable rooms, great location right next to The London Palladium, and a little bit of history too with the cells in the bar! Bar, concierge and Reception team were friendly and helpful, although we didn’t need to ask for anything out of the ordinary, just check in and luggage store. We did not eat here so cannot comment on food service.

Staying in an old courthouse was cool. The dining areas and lounge were converted magistrate rooms and the lounge even had cells where you could enjoy a drink. The staff and service was impressive.
