Not quite what it used to be
We have stayed multiple times at this hotel. The beds are very comfortable with beautiful linen and toiletries. On this occasion the breakfast was chaotic and it took over 35 minutes to get a cup of coffee from ordering. The buffet was certainly not to the standard it was on previous visits. The outdoor courtyard is very pretty and if we had the time it would have been nice to use the space and more of the facilities. The staff seemed very preoccupied with the overseas visitors and therefore needing something like a quick question answered meant 45 minute wait. This is a shame as previously this hotel always provided service to a high level
