We loved being located in Covent Garden! We were close to many tub stations and bus stops, which made further travel easier when we weren't walking. The property is beautiful, and the staff is kind and professional. If you are offered the opportunity to upgrade to access the Executive Lounge, do it!

The hotel was lovely as were a few of the staff members however the clerk who was working at the front desk when we arrived was very unfriendly as well a couple of other front office staff were not helpful at all and when we had an issue with our room we received extremely poor attitudes as if they could care less until we finally were able to reach a Supervisor/Manager who was extremely helpful and efficient. The previous time we had stayed at the hotel all of the staff were wonderful in every way. A real difference this time.

Excellent location! The staff and rooms were both very nice. Very convenient to shopping and shows nearby. Loud street but the room was dead quiet. The bathroom and shower were really nice and very clean. Air conditioning A . Would stay at this property again or recommend to friends/family easily. Thanks for the great stay!

While overall is ok, room is dated. It's more like a Hilton than Waldorf. It's close to the Covent Garden which is great. Though it's a bit of a walk to the Tube. Taxis are always available right in front of the hotel which makes it very convenient to get around. Bus stop is right in the front as well. Doorman was nice and friendly, didn't have much interaction with the rest of staff. Overall is good but not sure it's worth for the price.

Disappointing end.
We used to love the service at the Hilton, the staff were very well trained. However our check out experience this time ruined our trip. Two very young staff who made several mistakes with my bill. It was a good thing I double checked. One of them rolled her eyes at my husband (who then lost it at her). Otherwise the staff at breakfast, concierge and entrance were all great.
