"Conveniently located in the center of village steps to coco beach. Couldn’t ask more from a location standpoint. Friendly staff, easy to communicate and ready to help. Facilities are a bit old and needs an upgrade, faucet was broken and spilling water sideways. Other than that, we had a awesome stay at this place"

"I can't express in words the help Melina did to make our stay there as best as she could get it? I asked for transfers, transportation, transfers to another hotel 50 minutes away. She didn't hesitate, just made it happen. Stay here was great, 2 bdrm, 2 bth close to everything, very well maintained unit with very cold air conditioning and everything you'll need for your stay . Swimming pool right in front of the unit. Just a perfect spot . Once again, I really have to express my gratitude to Melina who literally took care of everything we needed and went over and beyond to make sure we were taking care of. Thank you Melina. "

"My friends and I gathered to celebrate our big birthday. It was perfect villa with magnificent view of the Coco bay from every rooms. Having a car is necessary at this villa. It's short drive down to the club and to grocery store to get necessary goods, as well as to the Coco town for lunch and dinners. "

"Having a basically private pool for our toddler to play right outside the doorstep made this leg of our trip unbelievably wonderful. The condo is in a great location, there are lots of lovely neighbours, the best grocery store we found on our whole vacation was just up the street, and the walk down to the beach was always fun and entertaining. The condo itself is pretty simple and minimal—which is what we were expecting, thankfully."
