"We had the pleasure of spending 3 nights at the Cozy Cottage and thoroughly enjoyed it! Every detail has been carefully thought out with lots of supplies to make your stay comfortable. Due to the variety of cooking utensils and herbs and spices we even decided to stay in one night and BBQ! The bed and couch and chairs are comfortable, it is quiet for sleeping and in a good location to walk to shops and restaurants in the Village. I gave a 3 for communication only because my emails pre-stay were not answered but the owner was very responsive once we arrived. She even quickly and graciously helped us at night when we accidentally locked ourselves out! We would definitely stay here again. "

"We were in Merritt Island for a wedding and wanted a room near the venue. The price was good so we took a chance even after reading a couple unfavorable reviews. The staff was very accommodating and nice! The breakfast was basic but free. The room was ok for the price; no frills, very basic. The beds were clean, which is all we really cared about. The floor was dirty; I cleaned it with a washcloth and hand towels. Pretty much it's a get what you pay for place. Probably would stay there again. "

"The house was great, there was absolutely nothing that they didn't have in the house as for supplies. The beds were super comfy as well. "

"Great location, perfect for our family of 7 (3 couples and one 13yo). The only drawback was the inflatable mattress didn’t have a sheet for it but we managed with a flat sheet from one of the other beds. Great communication with house owners. "

"We had a family get together and wedding in Cocoa which was a great time had by all. We stayed in the " Charming Indian River Getaway" which was a prefect location near downtown and easy access to other locations like Merritt Island and Cocoa Beach. "This Old House" as referred to by the owner was quaint and well maintained, accommodated six adults very well. We loved the outside covered patio for family time. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed taking our morning walks on Indian River Drive and looking at the beautiful homes. If any of us are in the Cocoa area we will definitely be staying there again. "

"It's an older hotel, but recently refurbished. Very clean. Nice, comfortable bed. Perfect hotel for adults wanting a decent place to stay. Kids might not enjoy staying here. There's no pool or a breakfast. "
