"Property was beautiful the suite very large and spacious had everything you need , unfortunately I was unable to visit the resort and the amenities that it had to offer to the the cold front it was very cold and raining even tho the staff stated that the pool was heated but there was no way I was going out to try it out , hopefully I can revisit again sometime later this year "

"Truly an amazing price and location was 10/10. We went to universal for the day and the hotel provided a shuttle and we were able to walk a quick 20 mins back to the hotel. The staff was amazing and so nice overall a great experience "

"The front staff was excellent however, we stepped out for morning coffee and the room service i had spoken to twice and told them not until we check out at noon, still came into our room and threw away $150 worth brand new food we had bought. We know this because I walked in while they were cleaning and I asked why she was there after me telling her two times prior not until noon. This was 11am. "
