Property was okay, we had stayed there before and had an easier to access and cleaner room. AC started making scary noises on night two and didn’t stop. The bowling alley took our reservation for lunch and then told us they were not going to serve food when we arrived. Loved the hotel the first time, but probably won’t go back again.

This property was HUGE with 2 pools, water slide, and a lazy river my son couldn't get enough of. Plus pool bars and loungers in real sand!! We stayed in the Volcano bay view suite and it was so worth it!

Getting into Universal early is a great perk for staying here. The standard rooms are just that, standard, but overall nice. The staff was very friendly, they have great food choices, and the amenities were wonderful. Will be back for sure.

Good value for money property with excellent facilities including 2 pools, lazy river, water slides and a well decked out gym. Food options are also good and reasonably priced. The shuttle service to and from Universal City Walk is excellent - we never had to wait more than a few minutes for a bus. Only negative was the slow check in process .
