"Loved my stay at Orlando's Holiday Inn Resort. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, with a special note of recognition for Kathy at the front desk who solved every issue I brought to her, even those not directly related to my stay. Top notch professional. Another person of note was Lisa in the Tiki bar, who helped me make some really good friends during my stay, one of which was herself. Great personality for the poolside bar, and she's a real one. The rooms were cleaned regularly and well, and the A/C was chilly even without hacking it, lol. The pool chlorine was a bit high when I got in, but better that than green water. The hot tub was hot and clean the first night I got in, but over the next couple weeks one got dirty and one got turned off. Security was attentive and checked in with my group to see if we were okay when we were rearranging our stuff between trucks. I'm sure they were just checking to see if we were supposed to be there, and I appreciated the contact. The nearby elevator was shut down for repair, but we needed some stair climbing after all the food we ate while in Orlando. I look forward to going back, whether it's for vacation or just to visit the Tiki bar."
