I had reported after the first night that the heater was making a loud popping noise which kept me up all night. Reported this and was told it would be addressed. It was not so another sleepless night. When I checked out I mentioned it again and they credited me back the resort fee. I felt a full night refund was in order.

The room that i was put in the shower handle did not work. After a very long day i just wanted to come back to my room, take a shower, and go to bed. Well it was roughly 1030ish at night when I found out I couldnt take a shower.. at this point i was exhausted! When I called about changing rooms it waa loke the front staff didnt really care about making me feel comfortable. I had to ask about sort of compensation becuause I had to move rooms in the middle of the night! Also, i was feeling a little anxious from stress when I used the Vallet parking staff. Some of the staff were not shy about letting me know that they could feel my anxiousness and were very rude about it. Overall, I was stressed about this entire experience and will not be bringing my family for our family trip to this hotel in the next few months.

The staff and property were great but the bar/restaurant was out of 4 of the 5 menu items we ordered (so no dinner) and something was wrong with the AC/Fan in our room. We were all freezing at 62 degrees so we had to turn the heat on just to get it to stop. Our family of four getting less than 2 hours of sleep was not ideal the night before going to Disney for the first time.
