I had reported after the first night that the heater was making a loud popping noise which kept me up all night. Reported this and was told it would be addressed. It was not so another sleepless night. When I checked out I mentioned it again and they credited me back the resort fee. I felt a full night refund was in order.

When I made the reservation it said the bed was Queen size. The bed was a Full size and not Queen. I was told there would be a $162.00 resort fee owed at time of check out. Which I was ok with but it was debited out of my account by the time I got up to my room. Also they put a hold of $150.00 in case of damages to the room on my debit card. I was not told they would be doing that either. Again, I found out when I was already in my room and was alerted by Chase as a possible fraud alert. Had I been told all of that ahead of time, I would have given a CC to put the hold on. The front desk as a whole needs to do a better job of explaining this to their guests.

incredibly disappointing get-a-way
The check-in process was terrible! Worst I have ever experienced at a Disney area resort. 1 1/2 hours late and no apology; front desk people were just rude! I will warn my friends from ever staying here.

Great hotel, great location!
The hotel is so nice! The location was perfect. It was walking distance to Disney Springs and a few minutes drive to the parks. The staff was so nice. Breakfast was such a nice experience! Just a great experience overall. I would definitely go back.
