Apparently, when I chose my property through Travelocity, I wanted a queen size bed. And it chose one in a handicap accessible room. I did not see where it stated that. That should’ve been confirmed with me at check-in, but it wasn’t. The room was designed that way however it gave no counter space in the bathrooms whatsoever to put any grooming items. In addition. I told the staff upon check out that the HVAC unit was extremely loud and made a clicking noise off and on all night long when it ran and it kept waking me up. I stayed at this property before and liked it however I was not excited about it this time.

We stay at the property regularly because of the location and the staff, but this time the room next to us had an alarm ring for an hour or so starting at 6:45 am. We called the reception 3 times before someone finally came to check. I don’t understand why it took more than an hour for someone to come verify seeing that it was early in the morning and very annoying to try to sleep through the sound of a load alarm through the wall.

Very Unpleasant Stay
Upon opening the door to our room, we were hit in the face with a terrible odor of mold & mildew. Walking further in, we saw a huge puddle which came from the dripping ac vents right in front of the sink. The water flowed right into the bathroom. Went to the front desk to inform them of the problem and asked for a new room. She said you have to keep the room you are given. Being 1 in the afternoon, I said there must be another room to have. She was very uncaring and said no, we could leave if we wanted but wouldn't get our money back. We were forced to stay in the most disgusting smelling room with a wet carpet and every surface being damp. We have stayed there many times before but have no intention of returning after the treatment we received.
