The staff are all amazing. We really enjoy staying here and being able to take a short walk over to Disney Springs. I think this is our fourth time staying. This weekend we were out in sunrise building 2nd floor. It was an adjoining room and over looked the parking lot. Both of which led to excessive noise. Our neighbors seem to have a huge meet up the second morning we were there. Extremely loud. So now we know. When booking in the future Iā€™ll request to stay in the main building without an adjoining room.

Staff were kind and welcoming, saying hello/good morning when passing us in the hallways. Breakfast buffet was a good value. The gardens section is motel like and more value resort like. Worked fine for us as an inexpensive quick trip to Disney springs.

Noisy!!

The grounds are beautiful but it is so noisy. I heard the blow dryer from another room. The toilet flush from the room above us. The doors are loud.

Great location

Pros: Location was great if you are wanting to visit Disney Springs. Front desk staff were nice, friendly, and informative. Shuttle to and from the parks were great. Very clean property. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. Cons: We were on the Sunrise side of the building and it seemed very dated. Personal opinion, it should not have carpet in the room. The day we were leaving, a maintenance man came twice early in the morning with no warning from front desk staff. No fan in the bathroom. Beware of the typical invitation for Wyndham property timeshare sales pitch. Overall, would I stay there again, probably.

The room was basic but you can see the age of wear and tear especially in the carpet. The bath tub drain was clogged so I was showering in 3 inch water accumulated in the tub and the water took a really (really) long time to warm up. Bed and pillows were super comfy. Overall it was a good quick stay.
